- [x] Came to consensus on an approach to a more “owner forgiving” partial common ownership setup (limited owner bid matching rather than periodic auctions). Will work with Cody to draft finalized specs.
- [x] Had preliminary talks with Raid Guild about sponsoring a grant/bounties for their next incoming cohort or to support their public goods work
- [x] Made lots of new connections and shared ideas at the RxC unConference
- [x] Planned year-end budgeting and tax scenarios

- Set up and fund a Cadastre-focused bounty/grant program with Raid Guild
- Find a tax accountant + tools to support year end close
- Start drafting owner bid matching smart contract specs
